💳 Payment Mode

  • Advance Booking: 20% non-refundable payment required at the time of booking.

  • Balance Payment: To be made in cash or via online payment to the driver at pickup or in advance via the website.

  • Failed Payments: If online payments (Credit/Debit/Net Banking) fail, customers must contact us 72 hours before departure for alternative arrangements.

  • Processing Delays: Online payments may take 24–36 hours to reflect; services will not be confirmed until payment is received.

  • Belongings: Customers are responsible for their belongings. IndiaTaxiOnline.co.in is not liable for any loss.

🏨 Tour Package Terms (Hotels + Car Rental)

  • Booking Advance: 40% of total amount (non-refundable).

  • Balance Payment: To be paid in full at pickup (Hotel, Airport, Railway Station, or Home).

  • ID Requirements: Valid government-issued ID/passport is mandatory for hotel check-in.

  • Hotel Timings: Check-in – 1 PM | Checkout – 11 AM. Early/late fees may apply.

  • Service Delays: Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Important: Read all brochures, itinerary, and terms thoroughly before booking.

🧾 Booking Confirmation & Transaction Policy

  • Do not act on unconfirmed bookings.

  • Always check spam/junk email folders for confirmation mail.

  • If you don’t receive confirmation, contact our call center immediately.

💊 Health Advisory

  • Tourists must be medically fit to undertake the journey.

  • IndiaTaxiOnline.co.in and tour managers cannot provide personal medical care.

  • Passengers with pre-existing health issues are advised not to join group tours.

🔄 Itinerary Changes

  • Itineraries may change based on weather, local conditions, or demand.

  • No refunds for missed sightseeing due to delays caused by the passenger.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made through our helpline or by emailing: booking@indiataxionline.co.in.

  • Do not coordinate cancellations directly with the driver.

  • 100% of the booking amount (advance) is non-refundable.

  • Customers cannot abandon the trip midway without formal cancellation confirmation.

⚠️ Vehicle Breakdown & Responsibility

IndiaTaxiOnline.co.in is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle breakdowns or resulting delays.

  • Program changes due to political unrest, landslides, weather, or sickness.

  • Passenger expenses due to unforeseen circumstances.

🚗 Kilometers, Charges, Taxes, and Usage Guidelines

  • Start Point: All distance and time calculations begin from our garage.

  • Minimum Distance: 250 km/day charge for outstation trips.

  • Toll/State/Parking Taxes: To be paid by the customer.

  • AC Usage: Will not function in hilly regions or while parked.

  • Time Window: Services are from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Extra charges apply outside this timeframe.

  • GST Tax:

    • 12% on transport-only bookings.

    • 12% on complete packages.

🚘 Delhi Local Taxi Use Conditions

  • Distance & time start/end at our garage in Connaught Place.

  • Minimum Billing: 8 hours / 80 km.

  • Toll, Parking, and NCR taxes are payable by the customer.

  • Driver’s Night Charge: Applicable after 10:00 PM.

  • Report any issues with vehicle condition before trip start via phone/email.
