Payment Mode

All rental payments are to be made by cash or by online payment mode available on the website.
20% payment in advance as a booking amount (non-refundable amount). If the payment on the credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking is declined, Failed for some reason, for alternate payment instructions you must call in India Taxi Online, 72 hours prior to the time of departure, else the order is liable to be canceled.

Sometimes while making online payments through our websites it takes 24 hours to 36 hours to reflect the amount in our account and we cannot confirm or provide any services unless we received the amount.

All rental payments are to be made by Cash, Bank Transfers, Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card.

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.

Carry Your Valid ID Proofs, Passport, etc While Travel, and Hotel Check-in time. Indiataxionline.co.in is not responsible for any client ID proof related issues. Hotel check-in time 1 pm and checkout time 11 am. after and before this time frame additional charges will be applicable

Transaction confirmation: You should not take any action based on information on the website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase, transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call center.

Health: It is presumed that the tourists who have booked the tour have gone through the itinerary & are well aware of the same. It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the said tour. The person who is medically fit to undertake the said tours shall join the said tour. The persons who are and/ or who have suffered from any ailments for which they have taken medical treatment have gone into check up hospitalization, shall not join the said tour. Many times a tour manager is unable to pay any attention and or to provide medical treatment for any tourist who requires medical attention.

Itinerary changes: We may operate more than one coach on a specified date of the tour depending upon the demand for more bookings of the tour by the tourists. Sometimes we may change the direction or slightly modify the itinerary. We will advise you of these amendments prior to the commencement of the tour or otherwise during the tour. In the event of a passenger joining passenger misses out on any part of the sightseeing tour, or any such tour, due to a delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All the cancellation requests should be done through Indiataxionline.co.in by calling our helpline number or send an Email on the company’s Email ID. Please don’t deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
Customer cant leave vehicle between destination without any confirmation. Please inform once by Email to booking@indiataxionline.co.in, In case the booking is canceled 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as a penalty. The 20% booking amount is non-refundable

Breakdown of vehicle.

If in the event of a vehicle breakdown anywhere that case Indiataxionline.co.in is not responsible. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures, blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.

Kilometers, State Taxes, Parking, Time, (Kilometre basis for outstation trips only)

Distance calculation and time will start from our garage. Toll taxes, parking taxes, state taxes are to be paid by the customer, while 250 km Per Day would be the minimum charge for outstation trips tours.

AC will not work in hill areas or on vehicles while it is stopped parked.

Our time count from day 1 starts from 5 am till 10 pm. The customer will have to pay extra charges if in the case the vehicle is required before 5 am or after 10 pm. Service tax of 4.95% will be levied on the bill amount (only for transportation) and 3.09% Service Tax on Bill amount (Complete Package)

If the hired vehicle is not in good condition during the time of your pickup, please inform us over the phone or via Email before start the trip

The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of Diesel Petrol prices in India

Any abuse to our drivers or unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated or in case the driver feels at risk of traveling under circumstances deemed unacceptable, the driver has the right to ask the passengers to leave the vehicle.

Delhi Local Use Conditions

Distance and time start from our garage to garage. (Cannaught Place)

Toll taxes, Parking taxes, NCR State Taxes are to be paid by the person hiring the vehicle. The minimum duration would be of 8 Hours 80 km Limit. The Driver’s night charges start after 10 PM. AC will not be functional while the vehicle is stopped/parked. If in the case of the hired vehicle not being in good condition during the time of your pickup, please inform us over the phone or via Email before start the trip.
